What coaching is.
A confidential, non-judgemental, and supportive space for you to find clarity, seek the change you want and get results.
The inner game
It takes courage to do hard things. Coaching is a collaborative and courageous process where we work together to get you out of your head and into the world.
Your explorations can lead to new and fresh ways of seeing. It can involve challenging questions and new perspectives that evoke deep insights and powerful change.

Stuck in impossible
You’ve already achieved some success but you still think or say things like:
I don’t think I can do it
I don’t know what I really want
I wish I was more [insert adjective]
I don’t know where to focus
The mountain looks too steep
I’m stuck and going in circels
I will fail this time
…then coaching is for you.
Create the impossible
You can absolutely:
Stop feeling so stressed
Change your relationships
Prioritise a better work/life balance
Navigate a career change or grow a business
Feel more freedom
Step into your authenticity
Be more confident and decisive
Design a life you want
…with supportive coaching.
Designed for impact
It is possible to stop letting life feel like something happening to you. You can make change happen. You start by taking ownership of your life and giving yourself the time and care you give others.
Choose a 3 month or 6 month coaching package designed to support those who want to gain clarity, listen deeply, turn thoughts into actions and achieve real results. Offers are designed around three key stages of coaching. While the program follows a clear structure, each stage is personalised to meet your unique goals and needs.
You are only one thought away from having a new experience of the world.

What to expect
It’s important to get a sense of someone before working together so I offer a free introduction call to provide a space to meet, ask questions, and learn a little about each other. From there we get started.
Intro chat
An initial 30-minute conversation to get to know each other and see if we can create a trusted, honest, and open space together. No strings attached.
Coaching offer
You can decide which Coaching offer feels like the right fit for you, payment options that suit you and any further information needed.
Reflection activity
You will receive a document for your personal reflection on your goals, aspirations, and challenges to complete before our Discovery call.
Coaching sessions
You will receive calendar invites for all coaching sessions in advance. The frequency can be determined by the offer you choose.
Discovery call
During a 90-minute call, we will explore your reflections, your current experience, values and future ambitions.
Additional support
Availability between coaching sessions for accountability and support or further resource recommendations.
Aimee’s ability to hear what you are not saying from what you are is unmatched, as well as framing the questions in such a way that they completely stop you in your tracks and make you see what is really going on.

A coach holds someone as capable and creative, and they work with them to find their path. Coaching helps support someone in new ways of being and doing. It is a collaborative process where you explore a broader range of areas across life — career, health, relationships, etc. It can involve challenging and powerful questions, reframing perspectives, and is driven towards transformation and growth.

Mentoring is helpful if you are looking to better your craft or skillset from someone who has trodden a similar path. It helps to deepen a specialism usually in a professional development space. Mentors give advice and share experiences and insights that can support another person’s journey.

Coaching can delve into areas of mental health and bring up strong emotions for people. While working with emotions is integral to coaching and is a supportive safe space to work with clients, ethical coaches know when their client would be better placed in therapy. This is when the client needs to work through deep trauma, rather than process feelings that won’t cause possible harm.

Co-Active training is recognised as the ‘gold standard’ of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research.
Co-Active coaching is based on discovery, awareness, and choice. It uncovers what we are doing, and explores who we are being in the world. Based on the principles that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole; Co-Active means simply “being in action…together” or “being together…in action.”

A laser session is a short 20-minute highly focussed session that can happen between regular coaching sessions. It is a quick way to unblock some thinking patterns or process a specific issue. These sessions are ad-hoc and booked in when needed.

In my experience coaching online is just as effective as in-person - and it’s a lot more convenient for clients. That being said, I am very open to connecting in-person and will be looking to do retreats in the future.
I currently work with clients remotely over Zoom or Google Meet and there is additional support via email in between sessions if needed. I love that I get to work with people from all over the world and have coached people from 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇭🇷 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇨🇦 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇹🇭 🇸🇬 🇺🇬

Coaching is a collaborative process where we will work together in explorations that lead to impactful insight and fresh thought. It can involve challenging questions and evoke deep insights and powerful change. Sometimes new insights can happen fast and sometimes not, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and we will work together to explore what comes up for you.
Coaching will involve a commitment to doing the work to make the change. Coming with intent and openness is key for us to get somewhere.

The price of coaching is based on the overall value it brings to your life. Coaching is highly personalised and an invaluable space for personal development. The value and benefits can be immediate and/or continue over the years, from role to role, throughout a career and a lifetime.
I don’t sell one-off coaching sessions because experience has shown me that measurable results and lasting change need time to process and action.
Get in touch and I will send you a coaching information document. The information includes an overview of coaching, a sample structure for the package and investment.
I do offer a limited number of low income coaching sessions throughout the year. Please message me and tell me a little about yourself to join the waitlist.
